Errors when ISP tries to upgrade C6300 my firmware
Am having wireless speed issues and found I'm still running on firmware V1.02.20. Called Cox (my ISP) and they tried to upgrade me to V2.01.14 and I saw the below errors in the C6300 log....

Cox said they are getting errors on their end indicating file coruption on my modem which is causing the upgrade to fail. If it was a rented modem they would swap it out. Since I own it they directed me to Netgear. Anyone else experience this issue? Any work around?

Re: Errors when ISP tries to upgrade C6300 my firmware
Hello LeeW
I would try to factory reset the unit and try again if that does not work I would suggest contacting support if it is under warranty.
