Failing to connect to Pro1 thermostat from Nighthawk C7000

I cannot get my Pro1 thermostat to connect to WiFi. The requirementfor the thermostat are: Use ports 1883, 8883(MQTT), and 443(TLS Default) The Pro1 WIFI thermostats support commissioning via WPA2 with support for AES-128/CCMP. The thermostat supports channel bandwidths of both 20 MHz and 40 MHz. I do not see these options on the admin pages for the router.
I submitted a case to Netgear but have not heard back in over 5 days. Is there a number to call?

There any information on wifi settings in the user manual for your modem?

I would run a quick test to see if your devices will connect by temporarily disabling the WPA on the modem. See if your devices connect, if so, then you should be able to enable WPA2 and AES only on the modem and test again. Try the lower WPA and TPIK mode as well.

I do not have any user manual.. just what is online. I changed the security setting to WPA-PSK [TKIP] + WPA2-PSK [AES] and that did not work. I changed to WPA2-PSK [AES] and that did not work.

      The setting avaiable are:

      Wireless Network (2.4GHz b/g/n)
      Enable SSID Broadcast
      Channel: Auto Current : 1
      Mode: Up to 600 Mbps

      Security Options:
      None
      WPA2-PSK [AES]
      WPA-PSK [TKIP] + WPA2-PSK [AES]
      WPA/WPA2 Enterprise

Any ideas? the thermostat says to use ports 1883, 8883(MQTT), and 443(TLS Default). Where do I change that?

Does the thermostate connect if you temporarily disable any WPA on the C7000? Try NONE. Test to see if the thermostat connects. Then setp WPA2 and AES only.

You can configure port forwarding under Advanced Port Forwarding I believe. Review the online user manual for the C7000.
