I am having problems changing the password on my CG3000D router
I have tried using the default gateway but it won't load up on my computer. I have 2 people who have hacked into my router and are riding piggy back on my wifi. I want to either change my password or block thier ISP's which I have. My router is not compatible with the netgear genie for password change, but I have it to check who is on my signal. Any help out there?

Hello Kmanis
Doing a factory reset should let you log back into the modem with admin password defaults then you can redo the wireless password to keep those people out. Hope to hear your feedback

- DrShelliAspirantHow do you do a factory reset? I tried to change my password on the website, but now I just can't login and can't access the website, for routerlogin.net ...

There is a small hole on the back of the modem you just use a paper clip to hold it down for 10 sec then it will factory reset.
