Log into unknown router
Hi, I purchased a modem second hand. Trying to identitfy the WiFi so that I can login and change the WiFi name and password.
It doesn't show under the original name (NETGEAR63). Is there a unique address I could use to login to this speicifc router?
The MacBook doesn't have an ethernet jack.
Thanks
Robert

Did you do a full ("factory") reset? That should restore the
settings to the ones shown on the label. Visit
http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look for
Documentation. The User Manual explains the procedure. Look for
"Factory Default Settings".

Re: Log into unknown router
Yes, I did a factory reset, but it still didn't show up as NETGEAR63.
