Netgear CM500V Cable Modem - Can't find it anywhere

Hi - I'm trying to purcahse the Netgear CM500V (16x4) DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem with Telephone Jack which is certified for Xfinity from Comcast.  It's out of stock with no option to order on Amazon, Best Buy and PC Richards.  Does anyone know where I can find this item for purchase?  Or is there another model that can handle wifi and phone?  Please let me know.
