Netgear cm1000v2 - Setup separate things for each band
Hello, I'm trying to connect my Nest Thermostat 4th generation with my Netgear cm1000v2. My understanding is my Netgear cm1000v2 is DUAL band, and therefore my Nest thermostat is having problems seeing/locating the 2.4 hz band. How do I set that up?
Thank you!

Your understanding is in error. The CM1000v2 is strictly a cable modem. It does not broadcast a Wi-Fi signal and has very few user settings.
You need a Wi-Fi router connected downstream of your modem to broadcast a Wi-Fi signal. The settings in that router would determine how to connect to your thermostat.
