What is the deal with the "said that the switch panel was defective on my unit" Is this regarding LAN ports on the CAX30 or the game console?

These are repeated many times in the event log, but I think I got the different log messages, I however don’t speak whatever language it’s in 😕
Event log, the brief time that the network has existed is alarmingly active… or a warning and critical that’s repeated many times, I think related to the dhcp issue

Copy and paste to a word processor program, do a search and replace to edit them out. At least the first three or last three octets.

Re: Network Speed
The log does look bad. Tech visit is entirely appropriate.
Be sure and check your power supply cord, plugs, and etc. The CAX30 may need a firmware refresh for both sides.

Re: Network Speed
Power levels look good:
https://kb.netgear.com/24311/Power-level-guidelines-for-a-NETGEAR-cable-modem-router
Correctables and Un-correctables are zeros which is also good.
Any Criticals, Errors or Warnings seen in the event logs needs to be reviewed and resolved by the ISP. Indicates a signal issue on the ISP line up to the modem.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Start with removing any amplifiers, signal attenuators, or splitters from the coax.
From there check the line for kinks, damage, moisture in the line.
Check the connectors for improperly made ends, foil touching the copper coax line, loose connections, bad/old/cheap connectors, or corroded connections. Replace them if you do.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

Re: Network Speed
Your power levels are OK, if anything they are on the high side.
Of course your correctable/uncorrecable values are zero, your device has an up time of 10 minutes! These values reset to zero when you reboot.
The modem side of your device has firmware that only your ISP can update. The router side has firmware that the user can update/refresh. Go to the downloads section at the top of this page, put in your model number and check/download the most recent router firmware.
Attempting to configure or troubleshoot a modem/gateway via a mobile device is an exercise in pure frustration. There is a real chance you cannot get there from here. If you know someone with a computer you could use, it would be very helpful.
