Nighthawk cax30

Hello, for weeks been losing wifi and internet connection. Been messing with settings and had ISP replace coax. I reset to factory default and it seems to finally be working. I saw somewhere that this may have been a firmware issue on the Cax 30's. 

Should I continue using as is since working or do I need a firmware rollback? 

Is the new firmware now bug free? 

Just want to know which firmware we should be using right now with the Cax 30. Thank you.  

  • If your not seeing any problems at this point in time and the modem is working for you. You could leave it as is. If you are noticing problems, I would down grade. 

     

    Please post captures of the cable connections page and event logs. These can be telling of issues seen on the Modem and ISP side of the unit.
