Nighthawk cax30
Hello, for weeks been losing wifi and internet connection. Been messing with settings and had ISP replace coax. I reset to factory default and it seems to finally be working. I saw somewhere that this may have been a firmware issue on the Cax 30's.
Should I continue using as is since working or do I need a firmware rollback?
Is the new firmware now bug free?
Just want to know which firmware we should be using right now with the Cax 30. Thank you.
If your not seeing any problems at this point in time and the modem is working for you. You could leave it as is. If you are noticing problems, I would down grade.
Please post captures of the cable connections page and event logs. These can be telling of issues seen on the Modem and ISP side of the unit.

Yes there were issues with the last v2.x FW:
if your currently using v2.x FW, it's recommended to roll back to v1.4x:
NG is currently working on this issue.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

Hello, been working fine the last couple of days now. It looks like the firmware version is as follows. Please advise if ok to leave like this and just keep using. Thank you.

If ok as is, should I disable any automatic firmware update if that is a feature or just leave well enough alone? Thank you.
