Older 2015 cable modem. How should one fix the 4 ethernet outputs.

Not gettting any connectivity out of the wired 4 ports on the rear. Not sure my provider says theres a little bit low out put. Would eventually try it on the other modem wires to test it cause it is working. What if it needs repair is it a easy fix, how should it be repaired and also, is it better to get a new model? More cost effective. Your input is appreciated.

Make sure the modem/router is not in bridge mode and has the router portion active in the settings.

try to go to 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 see if that pulls up the settings.
