Power outage caused loss of internet, now it says my security answers are not right...but they are?

    could be the router/modem or whatever you have factory reset from the power outage/surge. You don't tell us what device you have.

      I try to sign on and they ask for the serial #, and I put it in and it says that's not the right number. (10 times)  But it is  the only device I have hooked to my computer.  Also, like I said, it won't accept my security answers.

        have you tried a factory reset? 

        If you reset it, the default password should either be password or on the bottom of it. 

        we still don't know what device you have
