Slow upload speed on C6300

Hello, my speedtests have been having GREAT download speed, but it is 20x better then my upload speed. The box that the router came in says that it should have equal upload AND Download speed (Not to mention that I only get 200 mbps and it should be 680 mbps ;3) As you can see, I would prefer that my upload speed could be faster.

EDIT: The speedtest has about the same upload speed from the test furthest away from me then the one from next to me.
