Trying to update software on a MOdel C6120 which does not show up on the list of available models. Any idea on how I can access to perform update?
ISPs can only update FW on C and CM series modems. Users can not.

Like @FURRYe38 says, its not user updateable.
Is there a reason you think it needs to be updated?
