Upgraded to 75mbps on Comcast but can't only get 25mbps
so I just upgraded to 75 Mbps internet service, but I am only getting 25mbps. Spends hours on the phone with Comcast but they could not resolve the problem and told me I needed to contact the manufacturer as I own it and they will have more tools to fix the problem. It is out of warranty so I assume I'll have to pay if I call to tech support. Anyone have any suggestions?
thanks!

Re: Upgraded to 75mbps on Comcast but can't only get 25mbps
I had the same problem....if you live in an older and established area, Comcast never upgraded the lines to handle the Blast...nothing they can or will do...the max that you will ever get is 25....it's all I'll ever get
