Very bad comcast signal, latency and disconnects. Is it a Comcast problem or a modem/router problem?
Normally I get about 500-600Mbps, but it's been about 5-10Mbps lately. I did a firmware update on my router (Linksys WRT 3200ACM, fresh latest OpenWRT) thinking it might fix/help but it didn't. I had Comcast come out and check the line and at the time of the tech being there, it was getting abou 300Mbps which seemed reasonable. He said "a squirrel bit into one of the lines" and replaced it or something. Yet the service is still barely usable, which lots of lag and disconnects. It all started after they magically were doing maintenance nearby, and ever since then the service has been terrible.
Power levels are a bit low and maybe some channels are too low:

Seeing lots of correctables and un-correctables that should be mostly zeros like the other channels.
Please post a copy and paste of the modems event log page.
