can't see the modem settings on C3700 on the gatyeway screens after sign in.
I performed a factory reset. It was successful from what I can tell
after sign in to NETGEAR gateway C3700-100NAS via admin / password. the gateway menu comes up but no info is available on any screen The advanced tab can't be accessed - can't see the modem settings.
Cable connection tab is "your modem is offline".
This was the same problem before the factory reset
I appreciate any help

Have you contacted your ISP to make sure that modem is coded correctly to receive internet?
