can't see the modem settings on C3700 on the gatyeway screens after sign in.

I performed a factory reset.  It was successful from what I can tell

after sign in to NETGEAR gateway C3700-100NAS via admin / password.  the gateway menu comes up but no info is available on any screen  The advanced tab can't be accessed  - can't see the modem settings.

Cable connection tab is "your modem is offline".

This was the same problem before the factory reset

I have the same problem as cdilib and I have tried a different browser and the same problem occurs, on my router (same as above) the Internet led does not light up except when the router is initially powered up.

Have you contacted your ISP to make sure that modem is coded correctly to receive internet?
