merge netgear accounts

I need to merge two Netgear accounts and need some help please. each account has a different router registered

I now have a 16x4 DS3.0 AC1200 Cable Modem Router (C6230)

I would reach out to NG support. 

Can try removing the product from one account and then see if you can add it to another:
