"Cable Connection In Progress" Netgear AC1750 -C6300 Modem Router
I returned my Atlantic Broadband modem router yesterday, and replaced it with thism, Netgear AC1750 -C6300 Modem Router. I brought it withy me to ABB to make the switch and everything went smoothly. I took it home and set it all up only to find I had no internet connection. I called ABB, they told me that it was rejected in their system. The agent re-entered all of the informatin, thinking it was put in incorreclty. It was rejected again. They then elevated it to their supervisor, who also couldn't help. I was told to contact the maker of the router and to see if there was anything they could do. I work in IT and have never had to deal with this before. Any information would be great thanks.

Did you ask your ISP if they support netgear modems?
