C3000 - improper configuration file cvc format
Internet connection suddenly keeps dropping. 12 times so far today and stays off for 5-15min. Cable company has reviewed multiple times and can’t find issue. The upstream power sometimes fluctuates up to 57. Error log shows an “improper configuration file cvc format” error that cooresponds to each internet disconnect.
I’ve done a factory reset and reboot... no improvement. The modem is 1.5 years old. Is that the life expectancy? Anyone have an idea what’s wrong?

Re: C3000 - improper configuration file cvc format
Are you seeing any type of timeout errors in your modem logs?
