C7000 and Orbit B-Hyve 57946 Irrigation Timer
Anyone able to get an Orbit B-Hyve irrigation timer to connect to their wifi? I tried everything with Orbit support and it just won't connect.

Re: C7000 and Orbit B-Hyve 57946 Irrigation Timer
Yes, and it had nothing to do with my router settings. I had been using the b-hyve app on an iPhone SE to try and get the timer logged into my wifi. After reading similar issues in other forums where users were having issues using an iPhone, I tried instead using my Andriod with the b-hyve app from Google Play Store, and it worked instantly. Now that the timer is logged into my wifi, I can control it from my iphone (or Android tablet).
My issue ended up being that the initial setup process wouldn't work on my iPhone but works fine on my Android tablet.

Re: C7000 and Orbit B-Hyve 57946 Irrigation Timer
Thank you thats a great help. I went as far as to chain an old wifi AP into the network and make it a dedicated 2.4 GHz wifi hotspot. That seems to have worked for me.
