C7100V Modem Keeps Randomly Restarting
Randomly, my C7100V modem will reboot. I can't figure out why. I went into the EMTA Event Log and don't know what I'm looking at. Could someone tell what it is? Did it take an update or something? I Removed the IP address from the logs for security. If there's something else I can post, let me know. This Networking stuff is all new to me.

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.Has a factory reset been performed on the modem and setup from scratch?
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?
- Hi, Thanks for the reply!
Has a factory reset been performed on the modem and setup from scratch? No, haven't done that recently.

Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Try a factory reset on the modem as setup from scratch.
- It's a home run to the ground block and Comcast don't see any issues on their line/end.
Is there anything I could get from the boxe's logs?
Did you see something in the one I posted?
