CM1000 v2 Modem drastically slows down my speed

Question

Ive been having issues with my modem ever since i bought it. My plan that i pay for with comcast is 300mbps download/ 10 mbps upload. Ever since i bought this modem my speeds are drastically slower, especially the upload. I currently have a max upload of 150mbps and 0.8 kbps upload. I called comcast and they replaced everything outside with new wires and i have a cat 6 lan so its not that either. I checked the modum event log and have gotten alot of critical errors and netgear support is no help because they said i need a laptop or computer with a ethernet port, which i dont have.

Log into the modem and get the cable connection page too.

if you have any splitters, amplifiers, attenuators hooked to the coax line, remove them. hook the modem to right where the coax enters the home.

So your speed tests are over wireless? (since you stated you didnt' have a device with an ethernet port)&nbsp;What device are you using?&nbsp;Are you testing over 2.4ghz or 5ghz?What router are you using?&nbsp;How do you know its the modem slowing the speeds and not the router?

I have tested it on both 2.4ghz and 5ghz. I have a nighthawk r7450 and i know its not the router because i had other modums like the arris sb6190 i believe it is called. It would reach the max potential speeds but because of the puma 6 chip it was really inconsistent. I’m honestly losing faith in the modum at this point.
