Re: CM1200 Wifi wont work
1. the cm1200 doesn't have wifi. Its a modem only device.
2. go to netgear.com/support/ type in your model number. it'll take you to the support site with your manual. list exactly what each light is and is doing.
3. did you hook up the coax to the cm1200?
4. are you activating over the phone, usine auto-activate, what exactly are you doing?
5. if you log into the cm1200 (192.168.100.1) what does the connections page show? (take a screen snip)
6. The cm1200 has 4 ports. the average home consumer can only use 1. port 1 and 2 can be aggregated together but only if your router supports that (most don't). the other ports are useful if your ISP allows multiple public ip addresses (most don't).

There is NO WIRELESS light. It does not have wireless if you have the CM1200.
Look up the manual. It describes the lights. what they are, what each means.
