Error on my new modem
Hello,
any help here would be awesome. I just got my new modem a month ago (CM1200) and i have a Linksys MR9600 Series wifi router connected to it. I have the gig internet from xfinity and was downloading at 931 and upload at 44 untill a week ago now im in low 200 and im hardlined. wifi is no better. i looked in my modem and this is what came up

are you hardwired into the modem or router?
Make sure your testing from the modem to ensure the slowdown isn't the router.
do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page? Take one and post it back here.
Your logs indicate a line issue but the cable connections page helps.
If you have any splitters, amplifiers, or attenuators in the coax line, remove them.

pictures have to be approved by a moderator. The one file came through. when you add them by the "choose file" option, they upload but you can only do 1 per post.

sorry i didnt know that. my router is Linksys MR9600 im not to sure but that is a 400 router

Your signal looks pretty good. but its only a snap shot in the time when you loaded the page. You logs indicate a signal issue.
You can check if you have any splitters, amplifiers, or attenuators in line. try removing them if you do. If you don't I'd have you isp check the line based off your logs.
