Internet light on, but no internet

Hi all, our router just stopped working a couple of nights ago. We had Spectrum come out and confirm that we still have signal right up to the router. The internet light is on, but we are unable to connect to the web neither wirelessly nor through our Ethernet cable. Did our router just die on us after only 2 years? Seems odd. Any info greatly appreciated, thank you!

pls provide logs (Event logs, network logs, and power table).

also, do a ping and traceroute to google.com and provide the results.

Hi there, thank you for the response, but I’m not a technician...I just own the modem/router. I don’t know how to provide event logs or ping and trace route to google, especially without internet. We contacted Spectrum and they see that we have a successful connection and it is activated. We are able to connect to the modem/router, but we are unable to access the internet with it. The lights on the modem indicate that everything is working properly. We have also directly connected an Ethernet cable to a computer and a tv and there is no internet connection, so it is not just a problem with the signal. Any ideas? Thank you!
