My model number C7000v2 not completing a reboot
Xfinity emailed saying much faster upload and down available just reboot your modem. The modem seems unable to complete the reboot 2 bottom lights continue to blink and the wifi can't connect with my ooma or roku. Any suggestions?

Try disconnecting it from power and coax for 2 minutes.
then connect the coax back up and boot it back up.
