N450 disconnects every hour
Hello,
Been having issues with my N450. For the past month its been disconnecting me from my online gaming about every hour. Doesn't matter what game I play, it resets the connection. The console is hardwired to the router itself. I have a feeling it has something to do with my DHCP settings, but I could use some help figuring that out. Talked to my ISP, they said it all looks good on there end. Any help I can get would be appreciated.

Are you connected on wireless or hardlined? if wireless try changing your wireless channel.

- I have the same model and mine has the same issue. Mine is hardwired. Any idea why it disconnects?

I would check all your connections make sure its not a bad cord also if you have a cable splitter I would check that may even want to remove it and see if the connection improves. The last thing you could try is a factory reset. If all that fails you may want to contact netgear phone support if the modem is still under warranty.
