NETGEAR AC1750 C6300v2 - Slow internet speed wired and wireless

Modem/router NETGEAR AC1750 C6300v2

ISP: Spectrum

firmware: 1.03.04

Some of my devices have drastically low connection speeds when compared to my laptop and phone

I have 200mbps plan with spectrum and it works fine wired/wireless on my laptop and phone, but wired/wireless on my ps4 and nintendo switch the connection speeds linger around 15 mbps.

I recently moved to another apartment which is when I noticed that my console devices have poor connections speeds compared to my phone or laptop

Is there any reason that the connection speeds on my nintendo switch are soo poor on wired and wireless?

@FURRYe38

So I tried to start with the basic troubleshooting and its looks like a factory reset of the modem/router fixed the issue...both wired and wireless have a much improved connection.

The only changes I have made before I noticed the issue was adjust the access control. Other than that I have no idea what could have caused it.

Regardless, I appreciate the list of troubleshooting steps you have provided I will be sure to use them for future reference.

I will observe the connection speed over then next few days and see if anything changes.

What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
