I have been having issues with erratic downstream speeds that will cut out completely at times up to 974mbps using Xfinity raspberry pi speed tester. I only manage to get speeds of 25mbps to 640mbps using a macbook pro with 10/100/1000 port through a cat8 to the modem.
Channel 1-31 of the downstream are locked on with good numbers. Channel 32 is not locked on. Upstream is the first 4 locked on. Upstream speeds are roughly 32-40mbps.
OFDM downstream is one channel locked on.
xfinity techs measure good signal with no noise issues.
I am curious about the boot file for this modem and the firmware.

Re: Netgear CM1150v boot file
Are you able to post your modem logs and the power levels of the modem?
