Nighthawk c7000 Genie "safely remove USB device" can't do it.
My SSD USB network storage drive doesn't seem able to be stopped by selecting the button in the internet version of Genie stop my network drive. It continually yields a page that says, "The device cannot be stopped right now. Try stopping the device again later. See screenshots.
Well, I've thought about what could be possibly writing or receiving from the drive, but can't think of what. I only have files on there to share with the other two computers in the house. It does that not being mapped to any computer (reverse that) or being mapped.
Suggestions please?
