4G LTE Modem LB1120 Power Light

I have had this modem since Feb 2021. Yesterday I was in the middle of my work day and my modem power light turned from green to the amber orange. It has stayed that way even after powering down, restarting, and even unplugging. When I power back up, I get signals, but it's not connecting. Any suggestions?

Could you please advise which carrier you are using and provide the APN information set up on your device?

I used the straight talk sim card for Att and used the APN: TFDATA.
After I made the original post, I have lost all connection and have been unsuccessful at getting a connection. I have tried to do a factory reset and I am still getting the solid amber light. I ordered a new sim card to see if that could be the issue; it will be here in the next few days.
