Netgear nighthawk mr1100 stuck on "netgear" logo

Hi everyone, I have a nighthawk mr1100 hostpot and its stuck on "netgear" logo.

Things ive tried doing

- remove battery and restart

- remove sim card and restart

- remove battery and sim and connect to cable

- factory reset button 

- let the battery drain and recharged

My warranty expired last month and it just happens to not work this month.
