Nighthawk M1 (MR1100) on optus fails
AU related here.
I bought my M1 Nighhawk from JB-Hifi as I wanted it unlocked. I threw an Optus sim in it for over a year and half where it was my daily home internet. No problems.
Blew the dust off it as I needed a modem for 3 months while away on work, put a new Optus Sim in it and it looked to connect. 4g LTE and a DL speed of over 100Mbs.
Turned it off and on, and then noticed that the connection had failed and now all I get is a message for "Mobile Broadband Disconnected". It connects to the optus tower, but does not transfer any data.
I have tried MRBlazed firmware update to no avail https://community.netgear.com/t5/Mobile-Routers-Hotspots-Modems/MR1100-Firmware-Update/m-p/1813134#M...
It will not connect to the Netgear mobile app like it once did, says "not made for this" and firmware update through the 192.168.1.1 also fails as it does not identify as the right hardware.
HW v1.0
current FW ntg9x50c_10.25.01.01

Re: Nighthawk M1 (MR1100) on optus fails
Firmware updated to NTG9x50C_12.06.11.00, and connected to LTE.
However only able to access the Optus account page and nothing else.
im guessing it is a Optus server side block.

Could you please provide your device SKU name: MR1100-1STAUS or MR1100-1TLAUS?
Thanks
