Nighthawk MR2100 M2 External Antenna Support
Is it true that the MR2100 M2 will not support bands above 2200Mhz using the external antenna TS2 ports or was that only true for an earlier model of the Nighthawk?

Re: Nighthawk MR2100 M2 External Antenna Support
Hi Timbo53,
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
Please see MR2100 User Manual (page 96) for the list of supported RF bands: https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/MR2100/MR2100_UM_EN.pdf
Before purchasing an external antenna for your MR2100 mobile router, please check the list of bands that are supported for use with external antennas.
Regards,
Blanca

Re: Nighthawk MR2100 M2 External Antenna Support
Hello, one person made GET_RF_PATH_script to my MR2100-TLAUS and the bands and the antennas turned out like this:
B1 (53) Ant 0,2,3,4
B2 (9) Ant 0,2
B3 (53) Ant 0,2,3,4
B5 (9) Ant 0,2
B7 (47) Ant 1,2,3,4
B8 (9) Ant 0,2
B28 (9) Ant 0,2
So the B7 2600MHz uses one different antenna than the bands below 2200MHz.
I wanted to experiment with sending a signal to the external and internal antenna connectors to find out which one is the B7 main one, but my router died and there are no firmware.
