Nighthawk MR6550 DNSMasq settings override.
Trying to find out how to override the domain entry in the DNSmasq.conf file.
The router states that the file is generated by 'LAN Engine"
----------------------------------------------------------------------
# cat /mnt/userrw/etc/dnsmasq.conf
######################################################
# dnsmasq configuration file generated by LAN Engine #
######################################################
# Never forward plain names (with a dot or domain part)
domain-needed
# Never forward addresses in the non-routed address spaces.
bogus-priv
# Provide domain, resolve FQDNs
domain=net
dhcp-fqdn
------------------------------------------------------------
I want to be able to change the local domain.
I paid a lot of money for this router, it's quite absurd that it appending a `.net` suffix to my DNS lookups and it is messing up my DNS.
In addition, there are a ton of hosts entries that are being added to DNS records that are questionable at best
/mnt/userrw/etc/dnsmasq.hosts

# Direct these names to our gateway
