Cannot Enable Circle on R8000

I want to enable CIRCLE on my Nighthawk R8000 TriBand Router.  When I press the "Enable Circle" button on the app it does not go any further.
I get the screen saying "Your router is compatible!  Do you want to enable Circle on your NETGEAR router?".  There are 3 options, "What is Circle", "ENABLE CIRCLE" and "No Thanks".  I press the "ENABLE CIRCLE" button and the cogs start spinning.  Then I am returned to this page and it goes no further.  See the attached picture.

Please help?

May you reinstall the Circle app and power cycle your router.
