Cannot access Cricle after iPhone change

I changed my iPhone and now I cannot log into my Circle account. It asks for passcode and it does not work. I am the only Circle admin and when I click on Send passoword "text me" I do not get any text message. How can I reset passoword or set up phone number for Circle text messages?
