Circle 1st and Netgear

When it prompts me on the app to enter router login & pass, it says not found. I've tried entering what came with Netgear & home wifi info neither let's me past that page set up.

What device do you have Circle installed on? 

Try a different devices? 

What NG router model do you have? 
Ensure Circle is supported on the product. No all NG products support Circle.
