Circle running on Nighthawk R6400v2
I recently upgraded the firmware on my router. Now I have lost my premium subscription functionality to the Circle parental control app. I have reinstalled the App on multiple occassions and have resubsribed to the premium service but it still fails to activiate within the App. I have seen on the Circle website that this is a known issue following upgrade to Firmware on netgear routers (see link https://support.meetcircle.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003327512-My-Circle-on-NETGEAR-Premium-Features-... )
I have completed all of the instructions offere in this linked article but the premium features do not reactivate.
Please advise a solution to this problem.
Thanks.

Re: Circle running on Nighthawk R6400v2
An immediate workaround could be to revert to previous firmware that worked.

Visit the support pages for your hardware.
Feed in the model number and there will be a list of available firmware versions.
You can pick whichever version you like. The release notes should explain how to put the firmware on your device. The manual will also have details on how to install firmware manually.
It may be necessary to "factory reset" the device after a firmware change.
