Disney Circle not texting the passcode

My circle was working but now is asking for passcode but nothing is sent when I request passcode. Can someone help me with what to do?

I am unable to login with passcode.

Passcode is not received on phone (dutch)

 When I open the CIrcle app and ask it to send me the passcode I never get a text even though it has the same phone number. I am the only admin.
