Nighthawk app sees android but Circle app does not

Hi all

I set this up and so far all my devices are showing up and tracking in Circle. Except 1. There is an android phone that I can see is on the wifi when I look at the devices in the Nighthawk app but the android does not show up in Circle app list. Any ideas?
