I'm having the same problem, as are apparently a lot of people! The instructions on this website are not solving the issue, and trying to find a rep to talk to is impossible. I was hoping there might be a way to contact an admin or mod on this forum.
Same problem for months on now. My prepaid annual subscription dollars are going waste. The listed help article doesn’t help. What a terrible product / support.
