ORBI Circle for Netgear passcode reset

Need help resetting the passcode for Circle for netgear parental controls product. 

It shows the product is active, but I don't have the passcode and I don't get any messages when I request sending it to my phone.

I followed the link but none of those options are available to me; the app won't let me in without the passcode. I've seen other folks get it reset manually by contacting netgear, but they couldn't help me (tech support just gave me a bad phone number to call)
