For whatever reason, my Orbi app stops updating the profile history from within parental controls. As far as I can tell, the Orbi is applying the restrictions from the profile, however, no usage or history data is available. This has happened one other time, which after a call to support, resulted in a factory reset. The only change I made to the router was the addition of some static IP's, which required a reboot. Constantly factory resetting isn't really a great option! With this last issue, I:
Rebooted the router again
Unistalled and re-installed the Orbi app
Also worth noting, is that on the Orbi main screen, the image of the Orbi doesn't show, and just a black shadow displays (image attached)
