1.0.0.59 Don't Update D3600

Hello Everyone I Updated My Two N600 WiFi Modem Router (D3600) to 1.0.0.59 Yesterday I reset them before update and then updated using Ethernet.

And then once again reset the two of them.

Im greeted with a login page at routerlogin.net and I choose to setup manually and the connection times out.

I disconnect Ethernet Didn't work, I unplug router from power Didn't work.

I probably Reset twenty to thirty times.

And Finaly managed to get in to routerlogin.net I found a new featured called media server and switched it of, and everything worked again 🙂 when you updated media server is on by default so switch it of as fast as possible.

For some realise the media server (ReadyDLNA interferes and make the router unusable until unplug.)

So I downgraded to 1.0.0.47 And did that on the second router.

this is probably a bug please release a update to fix this.

Have you tried to load the firmware using IE or another browser? also have some questions regarding DNLA

 a. Did you plug the USB storage to router? If yes, how many media files(music/video) are stored in USB disk? Is it over 500 files?
b does it work if you didn’t plug USB disk on v1.0.0.59?
c. What did you mean for “ doesn’t work”. Is it “Internet not work” or “cannot access router’s management GUI”?

Same issue. Any Firmware over 1.0.0.47 is no good.
