Can't access the Dm200 login

Dm200 on at&t broadband won't connect to login page either auto or manually.

The original Netgear adsl2+ model b90 modem/router crapped out. Trying to go with dm200 and ac1200 but can't log on to configure dsl stuff

Windoze..... I hooked it up to my mac air and configured right up then got the router up too
