Hi,
I'm trying to setup the D7000 I just purchased as a vDSL modem and router with the UK ISP TalkTalk. I wanted to replace the Huawei modem/router provided by them, however I can't configure the D7000 to connect to the vDSL. The 1st thing I did was a firmware upgrade to v1.0.1.44.
I used the D7000 against the same ISP on the same line for an ADSL2+ connection, but then upgraded my package with the ISP to vDSL.
The ISP seems to use IPoE, but I can only see PPPoE when I look at the D7000. It also has an MTU of 1500 but that seems out of range for the D7000 settings.
I'm hoping that you can help!

Hello,
When you login, Basic View >Internet.
You see the options just after VLANID, it says "Does your internet connection require a Login"
Tick no, this sets it to IPoE, aka DHCP.
VLANID should be 101
