D7000 dropout constantly cuts all devices off the network and won't allow them to rejoin

Ok I just spent an hour on the phone with a tech from Netgear and they went through a reset and they got me to change a few settings and ask me to see how it goes for the next 24hours well 20mins after getting off the phone it dropped out and it has now dropped out 3 times in the last 50mins
what a heap of rubbish, the tech did say they will send out a new one of the problem continues
lol will that solve the problem, this one's only 1 month old
