It has often been mentioned here, but it is disappointing that Netgear does not detail the actual tweaks/changes they make to firmware from one version to the next. It seems instead that they lazily state "Fixed security issues" more often than not and so when a new fw arrives we are left to try it and see if our pet bugs still exist.
I have been running .60 with Beamforming turned-off since last spring. Yesterday I updated to .68 and left Beamforming On and it seems the router is working fine, as if they might have fixed my bug as well. Fingers crossed here!
