I'm trying to set up my new d7800 modem router but the power light remains solid Amber. Despite trying to turn the power off then on, and also resetting the modem, the light remains solid Amber. Please help.
If the power light is staying amber then there is something wrong with the modem I would try to exchange it at the place you purchased it or contact Netgear Phone support for a RMA.
