DGN2200v4 power light is red / Wifi not working

Hello

We have a problem on many DGN2200v4 (exactly 4).

The power light is red but everything works correctly exept the wifi.

On web interface, the wifi is enabled but there is no visible for the peripherals.

Do you have any idea about this problem ?

Have you tried a  factory reset on the modem to see if the light is no longer red and the wifi works? If you have it could be a hardware issues you may want to contact netgear phone support if the modem is still under warranty.

No I have not tried as the problem is over four routers. The four routers are on different ADSL links.

Have you ever had this problem ?

When did this happen did you do a firmware update recently and they began to happen across all 4 of them?
